This one is for the Chief.

Can you force a kid to rope and ride? I sure hope so. I am so lucky to have family with horses.  Brock was spoiled to infinity and beyond the last couple weeks.  We had a Birthday get-together with both our families, which he did not care about in the slightest. The little man just wanted to be outside with Grandpa Chief on the tractor or the horses. 

Brock just loved the little cat that Laura brought inside.  It was rather nice of that cat to pretend it didn't mind Brock poking it's eyes or ripping tiny handfuls of it's hair out.

At the Ponoka Stampede with Grandpa Chief. Brock loved every minute of sitting on that fence. And I loved every minute of not having to haul around my hefty 26 lb kid! We LOVE Grandma and Grandpa and are so glad they invited us to come down.

We also got to see Tracy's Dad's section in the Canadian Rodeo Hall of Fame. Very cool.

 

I'm so glad that Brock has finally decided that it's okay to be buddies with the Chief ;)
